Terms and conditions

Responsibility of the Client:

By entering into an Agreement with Treasured Time, you accept and are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement signed by both parties.

As the Agreement involves the collection and retention of personal information, you will need to read and complete a ‘privacy statement’ before the service commences. This statement will set out how your private information will be collected, used, stored and, if ever, whether information will be shared with others. The service cannot begin until this statement is completed by the Client confirming you are agreeable to certain information being made available to Treasured Time.

Payment – payment is made at the end of each visit by cash or cheque. Visits can also be paid singularly or in a block i.e. for the month – via a bank transfer. Details for bank transfers are supplied on request by Treasured Time. Payment or part payment of visits when cancelled, are shown below under ‘Refunds’.

Termination of our Agreement – The agreement can be terminated by either party by giving 3 weeks’ advance notice (unless in an emergency when this is not a possibility).

Responsibility of Treasured Time:

Refunds A full refund is applicable of any monies paid if 48 hours’ notice is given in advance of a visit cancellation. A 50% payment or refund is applicable when 24 hours’ notice is given. If cancellation is on the day of a visit, no refund will be applicable and full payment will be due at the next visit. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration at the discretion of Treasured Time.

Annual review of service fee – the hourly rate is subject to review on an annual basis from the agreement start date, and will be made to you in writing 30 days before the change is due.

Service Visits – In the rare event that Treasured Time is unable to meet a visit date, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the visit will be rearranged as soon as possible. If the visit cannot be re-arranged at a convenient time for you it will be refunded if paid for in advance.

Notification of Changes to the Agreement – Treasured Time reserves the right to change terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the service will indicate your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to the terms or the privacy statement, you will be informed in writing before the change takes place.

Feedback – If you have any compliments, concerns or complaints about the service I would be only too happy to hear from you. If any issues are raised, we can discuss these together and work out how to resolve them at the earliest opportunity.

Note: For personal safety reasons, my whereabouts is made available to my next of kin.


The first half hour visit is free. During this time, we can talk about your individual needs, and decide if my services are suitable for you. I will provide an agreement that outlines what we have discussed.

Once an agreement has been reached, the following costs will apply:

  • £17.00 per hour
  • £0.45p per mile is chargeable for any outings during the visit
  • Clients are responsible for all costs associated with outings including refreshments/meals or other travel methods to venue

Note: For new customers, if 4 sessions are booked and paid for in advance within a 6 week period, you will receive a 10% discount on the overall price.
